With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening with cable TV, and DVD player to enjoy your favorite movie.  The family room is open to the Dining room and the kitchen so that you can socialize while enjoying a great meal prepared in your own fully equipped kitchen. Patio doors open from the family room out to a cozy screened lanai which overlooks the water and the fountain.Luxurious sleeping accommodation awaits you with 4 bright and roomy bedrooms.  The main floor master bedroom has a queen sized bed and it opens onto an attached ensuite bath.  Upstairs, the master suite is a huge room with a waterfront view.  It has a king sized bed, a tv, a walk in closet, and an incredible master ensuite with a soaker tub and separate shower. The other two bedrooms have two twin beds and a TV  They share a hall bath with tub and shower.  There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads! Make use of the community pool and spa at the clubhouse, let the kids frolic in the awesome playground or enjoy a game in the  tennis courts.   The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre!  Feel safe during your stay at Club Cortile as it is a gated community with great staff.  As well, there is a local management company just a phone call away in the event of an emergency.

• All Prices shown exclude taxes (13%). All charges are in US dollars. Please contact us for rates in other currencies. Ask about discounts for stays of 7 days or longer.
  Payment is accepted by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Debit), International Money Order, or Personal Check (received minimum of 30 days prior to stay).
  Cleaning fee $75 additional per stay. Optional insurance $50 (to cover first $500 of accidental damage) additional per stay.
  20% deposit required to confirm booking. Remainder of payment due at least 30 days prior to stay. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to stay will be refunded 80% of total booking.
  Cancellations between 15 and 60 days prior to stay receive 50% refund of total booking. Cancellations within 15 days of stay are not allowed.
