Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
Additional information about rental rates
- All Prices shown exclude taxes (13%). All charges are in US dollars. Please contact us for rates in other currencies. Ask about discounts for stays of 7 days or longer.
Payment is accepted by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Debit), International Money Order, or Personal Check (received minimum of 30 days prior to stay).
Cleaning fee $95 additional per stay. Optional insurance $50 (to cover first $500 of accidental damage) additional per stay.
- Pool heat additional $20/night
20% deposit required to confirm booking. Remainder of payment due at least 30 days prior to stay. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to stay will be refunded 80% of total booking.
Cancellations between 15 and 60 days prior to stay receive 50% refund of total booking. Cancellations within 15 days of stay are not allowed.
