Trafalgar Village is a lovely, secluded neighborhood just off Poincianna blvd in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for  families or for a group of friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a luxurious queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and DVD player to enjoy your favorite movie. It is open to the dining room and the kitchen.  The family room has patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck.  The pool has a screen enclosure, underwater pool lights and a small covered lanai.  There is a separate above ground hot tub spa. You can sit in the sun or the shade and enjoy the pool and the view of the nature reserve beyond it or use the provided barbecue to grill a great meal and then eat al fresco on the lanai!  For a little more fun, the attached garage has been turned into a games room with air hockey and fooseball!
 
All of the bedrooms are on the main floor, except one.  There are two spacious master bedrooms, each with a king sized bed, a TV, a walk in closet, a private en-suite bath and doors that open onto the pool area.  One bedroom  has a queen bed and a tv.  The other two main floor bedrooms each have two twins and a tv. These 3 rooms share a hall bath with tub and shower. Upstairs there is another bedroom with a twin bed, a double futon sleeper and a tv, as well as its own full bath.  There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!
If you have a larger party, the 6 bedroom house next door is also available.

Trafalgar Village has its own clubhouse with an exercise room, meeting rooms, computer room, movie theatre, games room, pool and spa (not all amenties are always available).

Trafalgar village is a golfers dream with several courses less than 30 minutes away! Orlando International airport is 45 minutes drive away, Disney is about 25 minutes away. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

• A local management company will be available to offer any assistance you may need whilst in residence

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Additional information about rental rates

• All Prices shown exclude taxes (13%). All charges are in US dollars. Please contact us for rates in other currencies. Ask about discounts for stays of 7 days or longer.
  Payment is accepted by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Debit), International Money Order, or Personal Check (received minimum of 30 days prior to stay).
  Cleaning fee $150 additional per stay. Optional insurance $100 (to cover first $1000 of accidental damage) additional per stay.
  20% deposit required to confirm booking. Remainder of payment due at least 30 days prior to stay. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to stay will be refunded 80% of total booking.
  Cancellations between 15 and 60 days prior to stay receive 50% refund of total booking. Cancellations within 15 days of stay are not allowed.
