Windward Cay is a lovely, secluded neighborhood just off HWY192 in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for  families or for a few friends golfing or vacationing. This Vacation Home has a spacious family room to relax in during the day or evening, with a luxurious queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV, and DVD player to enjoy your favorite movie. The family room has patio doors that open directly onto the pool deck.  The pool has a screen enclosure, underwater pool lights and a small covered lanai.  You can sit in the sun or the shade and enjoy the pool and the view of the nature reserve beyond it.

The family room is open to the spacious Dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table seats six and there are two stools at the counter bar. The counter bar houses the computer, although there is WI-FI in the home so that you can even be on the computer while sitting in front of the pool!

The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed, a TV, a walk in closet and a private en-suite bath.  One bedroom  has a queen bed and the other has two twins and they share a hall bath with tub and shower. There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!

Your Florida vacation villa is surrounded by many other interesting attractions to fill your days and nights with fun. The Jungleland Zoo a few minutes walk away, Lazy River boat rides and Pirates Coves crazy golf are both nearby and only five minutes drive away is The Old Town for a great night of fun with go karts, bungee jumping, vintage car processions and much more. Medieval Times, Arabian Nights and Fort Liberty are all close by.

Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

Windward Cay is a wonderful, quiet community, well situated for Disney and a delight that you will want to enjoy again and again.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (US Dollars) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• All Prices shown exclude taxes (13%). All charges are in US dollars. Please contact us for rates in other currencies. Ask about discounts for stays of 7 days or longer.
  Payment is accepted by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Debit), International Money Order, or Personal Check (received minimum of 30 days prior to stay).
  Cleaning fee $95 additional per stay. Optional insurance $50 (to cover first $500 of accidental damage) additional per stay.
• Pool heat additional $20/night
  20% deposit required to confirm booking. Remainder of payment due at least 30 days prior to stay. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to stay will be refunded 80% of total booking.
  Cancellations between 15 and 60 days prior to stay receive 50% refund of total booking. Cancellations within 15 days of stay are not allowed.
