The two bedrooms share a full bathroom.  There is even a queen sleeper sofa, for when your group needs a few extra spots to lay their heads!

Make use of the absolutely gorgeous resort style community pool including huge spa, the play fountain, the beach area and the twirly waterslide!   Let the kids frolic in the awesome playground.  There are also tennis courts and a basketball court.   The clubhouse has a well equipped fitness room, games room, computer room and movie theatre!   Payment is accepted by PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Direct Debit), International Money Order, or Personal Check (received minimum of 30 days prior to stay).
  Cleaning fee $75 additional per stay. Optional insurance $50 (to cover first $500 of accidental damage) additional per stay.
  20% deposit required to confirm booking. Remainder of payment due at least 30 days prior to stay. Cancellations more than 60 days prior to stay will be refunded 80% of total booking.
  Cancellations between 15 and 60 days prior to stay receive 50% refund of total booking. Cancellations within 15 days of stay are not allowed.
