How do I check in?
All Paradise Properties have a lockbox near the door that contains the keys to the home. When you reserve a home, we will provide you with the code, so you can drive straight to the property and get the keys yourself.
Are Pets Allowed?
Pets are only allowed in one of our homes (in Palm Key in Davenport), a three bedroom home.
What are the check in check out times?
Check in is no earlier than 4 pm and check out is 10 am. This allows us time to clean and prepare the home between guests. You can arrange for early check in or late check out for an additional fee (usually $50).
How do I make a reservation?

What is supplied in the home?
We supply all bed linens and towels, all kitchen equipment, soaps, and starter amounts of toilet tissue. We do not normally supply laundry or dishwasher detergent, however, we can supply pretty much anything you would like for a small additional fee. Some examples of what we can offer are here. there are grocery stores located within 5 - 10 minutes drive from any of our homes.
What do I need to bring?
You only have to bring yourself and a desire to have a great time!
Is daily housekeeping service available?
