4BR 3 bath Bermuda Model
-Two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The first floor has a queen-size bed and a shared full bath. The other is upstairs and offers cable TV , a king-size bed, and a large soaking tub in the bathroom.
-Two additional bedrooms, each with two twin-size beds.
-An additional hall bath
-Family room with loveseat, pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa, cable TV
-Kitchen equipped with full size appliances and a microwave, small appliances, cookware, and dinnerware
-Washer and Dryer
-Tile floors in the Kitchen
There is a $20 per home per day resort fee charged upon arrival to the resort.
Regal Palms Resort and Spa offers many of the same benefits as four-star hotels in Orlando. And when you stay in our privately owned townhouse, you have access to these great amenities:
•Two-acre swimming complex, complete with “lazy river,” water slide, and Jacuzzi The pool complex at Regal Palms Resort & Spa stays open until 11 p.m. With the zero-entry pool, lazy river, and water slide, it's the perfect place to relax, unwind and soothe yourself after a long day in the sun.
•Regal Palms has always offered an on-site spa, fitness center, restaurant and bar. Now there's a daily hair-braiding service, too.
•Full-service clubhouse offering restaurant, sports bar, game room, fitness center, Internet café, gift shop, and day spa
•24-hour check-in and security services
Check In - 4 PM unless previous arrangements are made
Check Out - 10 AM unless previous arrangements are made
Processing fee is an additional 5% of rental.
Cleaning Fee is $130.00
Taxes are an additional 12%.
20% Deposit (plus insurance) required to reserve
Balance due 30 days before your stay
All major Credit Cards accepted
Accidental Damage Insurance is added to all rentals ($49). You will be covered for any accidental breakage and no security deposit is necessary.

We had s great stay! We are returning visitors, after first coming through a Groupon deal. We have told others, who have now also visited the resort. It's priced great (we watch for deals when possible). It's a great place to stay with our large family, escaping northern Michigan weather. If we can find a good deal, we will return in about 8 weeks, for our kid's spring break. Being a family of 10, it's not easy to find acceptable housing that fits our needs. We love Regal Palms for the roomy units and the family atmosphere in the pool area. We will be back.
Management Note: We have never offered a Groupon to stay in any of our homes nor, so far as I am aware, has any other management company in Regal Palms. It is just a great deal all of the time!

Everyone at the resort was friendly except the older woman who checked us in. She had a horrible attitude and told me I wasn't suppose to be checking in even though my itinerary said I was. Told me I would be lucky if my room was clean. That was the first 3 minutes of my experience. Things got better immediately after walking away from her. That was 8/15 1:47 am.
