This property was great! Everything as pictured and our special request for an extra king bed was perfect.

The team was very helpful. If I had one thing to say, when I called about the hot tub issue, no one called me back. Normally I would have not checked my e mail and I would have known that the maintenance person had came out. I think they should have left a note to say that they had been out because I was out when they came by. Darren was very accomadating with allowing me some extra time in the home because of my late flight out. This was my 3rd stay at this home and hopefully I will be back next year.

Very cozy and pleasant. It had all of the ammenities of my home. I must admit, it was a little dusty throughout the home. , still it was a very pleasant stay!!

Very friendly. Had an issue which was resolved in less then 5 minutes. Great job!

I must thank Ms. Sherry Keast who for 3 years has treated us with great kindness and diligence. All their efforts have been very clear, fast and excellent. This year, for the first time Ms. Sherry sending someone else to get the money and the remainder payable upon withdrawing the money, very friendly and showed good treatment (called Laura said). She left us the bill and retired kindly. That same person was the day the chek out (day in which I leave the house completely clean, sheets, towels, showers ... can be checked with Ms. Sherry) and their attitude to see that I had not yet been removed very different: let see his anger. For that reason we decided to leave immediately and unfortunately for the first time in 3 years staying with you, I could not clean it. She arrived at 12 m and its accompanying my wife asked what time we were leaving and my wife told him that we wanted to do it at 2:00 pm but left after a few minutes. In previous years we have removed at 2:00 pm and never get someone to ask us to leave. Management Response: I am glad that you enjoyed your stay for another year. I am sorry to hear that your departure was not dealt with as it normally is. Our maintenance inspector is relatively new and did not know your history in our homes. Unfortunately, you also had not told us that you would be leaving late, so we were not able to make sure that he waited until later. Please do let us know about your late check out for future stays and we will ensure that you are left in peace to leave when you need to.

I spoke to a guy. He was nice and helpful. I did my reservation online but put my card # in wrong. So once I gave him the information everything was fine and I was all booked. Fastest service I had in a while.

My stay was just wonderful! The condo was very roomy. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need. I didn't have a problem with parking. I even gave me cousin your number and website so she can book her Thanksgiving trip through yall. I told her there's no need to go from website to website trying to find something just visit yall site. When I come back to Orlando I would use yall again!

I enjoy stay at The Regal Palms it is a great vacation home. The staff was very helpful from the booking to check out. I found that this property was away from central attraction but i enjoy it .

They tried to make the experience good but could not resolve the internet situation The internet in the unit was not working and we required assistance getting it up. Someone came over and tried to get it working but could not correct the problem. She promise to have someone else come over the next day. They came over but by that time the internet was back up and running. The internet went down again that night so I had to call her back. She came the next day and changed the modem. It worked for one day and went back down again (even with a new modem) that put a damper on our trip as the telephone worked with the internet so I could not call back. after another day it came back up.

It was great but did not like how the televisions/cable was disconnected from the night before we checked out my grandson was very upset Management Comment: Unfortunately, lightning strikes will occasionally bring down the cable service here in Central Florida and it does sometimes take a few hours for it to be restored. Please rest assured that we do not disconnect the cable service at any time during (or even in between) guests stays.

Great stay. You may want to warn people staying at Venetian Bay that they will need to complete extensive info to receive their parking permit. I was taken off guard and the woman in their community office was not especially friendly. A heads up would be nice. Management Response: Thank you for your survey and comments. The office does require that you provide license, insurance and registration for the protection of all guests in the resort. Because these are items that are required to drive anywhere, we have not included this information with our check in information. I was surprised to read your comments about the woman in the office. While they do not work for us, we have always found the office staff to be very accommodating and supportive of our guests. We are sorry to hear that this was not your experience.

We had an amazing time. As I said before the employees from check in- pool area- o checkout were awesome. Thank you for such a great experiance.
