Perfect place to stay foe our vacation

After a giant mishap with my first rental property. Your team member was refreshing to work with.

Nice, quite, and relaxing. It had a welcoming feeling. It was very centralized while we spent time in disney, coca beach, tampa, clearwater, and wet n wild.

We had a very positive experience working with Sherry, Angie and also David who took care of the pool . Nothing was a problem for them and the issues we did have were dealt with immediately.

We really enjoyed our stay at Southern Dunes. This was the first time we have rented a property in Florida and we were a bit apprehensive initially but everything worked out well for us. It is unfortunate that you don't have more properties for rent in Southern Dunes as we would have returned at the same time next year. We will keep looking on your website for other properties to rent.

I had great experience with members; they were very nice and friendly.

Our stay were very comfortable; we really enjoyed our stay there. My grandkids did not wont to leave.

Need to make sure any future properties and not so basic Manager's note: Thank you Melissa for your feedback. This is one of our most basic properties and is priced accordingly, however, we have taken note of your comments and have added in several items that you noted were lacking, so even a return to this specific home would not be the same experience as this visit.

neighbors played loud music after 10pm; woke up in morning with broken bottle in road that took them awhile to clean up. would have liked a channel line up or dvd/games for kids to do inside home Manager's note: Venetian Bay are excellent about dealing with complaints such as this. For any future guests, just contact us, or Venetian Bay security, or the Venetian Bay office and issues such as this will be dealt with promptly.

Sherry and Darin are the easiest people to get along with. Whenever I had a concern or needed something. They were quick to get it taken care of. We developed a friendship that you wouldn't normally do with a property manager. If we come back to Florida in the future, we will definitely look for one of their properties.

The unit at Lake Berkley is comfortable and well equipped. The Lake Berkley complex is well maintained. It seemed like there was someone there all the time doing some kind of up keep. Having a full time guard staff was also nice.
